Richard and Phyllis Arno of the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA). This is not a personality quiz or a pop-psychology trend. The APS is a clinical diagnostic tool designed to uncover your God-given temperament, the core of who you are, why you think the way you think, and how you respond to life’s pressures. APS doesn’t assess behavior. Instead, it reveals God’s imprint; the inborn, spiritual genetics that shape how you respond to people, pressure, and life three core temperament areas: Inclusion, Control, and Affection.
