Sometimes you need more than advice.
You pray. You keep functioning. You go to church. You take care of everyone else. But privately, something is weighing on you, and you have never felt comfortable telling anyone.
It may be personal. It may be your relationship or marriage, your family, your career, or perhaps a difficult spiritual situation or decision. And you don't know whom to trust or talk to about it. You may not even feel comfortable discussing it with someone in your immediate situation, but you need someone who can listen without judgment and help you prayerfully seek biblical perspective, spiritual discernment, and practical wisdom for what you are facing.
You don't have to carry everything silently. Some have carried it quietly for so long so long they no longer know where to begin.
You can begin here. Pastoral Counseling through The Faithfully Project provides that space.
Seeking wise counsel does not mean you lack faith or that you are weak.
Opening your heart to a mature, respected, and experienced counselor who can listen, examine what is happening, bring Scripture and prayer to bear where appropriate may bring clarity, direction, or even reveal a way forward you had not seen before. Sometimes simply knowing that there is a way forward can be freeing.
The Bible says, “Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.” (Proverbs 11:14)

What Makes Pastoral Counseling Different?
Pastoral Counseling is Christian pastoral care rooted in Scripture. It brings together attentive listening, guided conversation, prayer where appropriate, and approaches concerns through the lens of Scripture, spiritual discernment, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
The objective is not merely to tell you what to do.
It is to help you understand what is happening, identify what may be contributing to it, consider your responsibilities, make godly decisions, choices, and constructive next steps consistent with your faith and circumstances to bring peace to otherwise confusing situations along the way.
Depending upon the situation, sessions may involve reflection, questions, Scripture, prayer, practical exercises, relational tools, recommended reading, or work to complete between sessions.

The Arno Profile System
Understanding Yourself Can Help You Understand What Happens in Relationships
The Arno Profile System (APS) is one of the relational insight tools used across The Faithfully Project.
APS is a Christian-based temperament assessment that can provide insight into temperament needs and patterns affecting areas such as communication, affection, social interaction, decision-making, expectations and relational responses.
For someone entering The Faithfully Project for the first time, the APS is optional but highly recommended.
It can give us useful information early in the counseling process and provide a common language for understanding some of the needs and patterns that may be operating beneath the surface.
APS is a tool. It is not a diagnosis, a label, or a substitute for pastoral judgment.

Relationships can become difficult even when the people involved genuinely love one another.
Communication breaks down. The same disagreement returns in different forms. Trust becomes strained. Expectations collide.
Family pressures expose differences that were easier to ignore before.
Couples and Family Pastoral Counseling provides a structured setting to identify what is happening, hear each person carefully, examine patterns affecting the relationship, and work toward healthier ways of communicating, relating and moving forward.

Before You Schedule
Clear expectations help make the counseling process easier for everyone. Here you’ll find important information about reduced-fee ministry accommodations, scheduling and payment, and our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please review these details before requesting a session.
Ministry Accommodation
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available each month for individuals, couples, and families experiencing financial hardship. Availability is limited and must be requested before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling with notice carries no extra charge, and any completed Arno Profile carries forward. Late cancellations may incur 50% of the session fee, and no-shows may be charged the full fee; Arno Profile costs already incurred are non-refundable either way. A first missed session or late cancellation may be waived — just reach out and let us know.
Scheduling & Payment
After your counseling request is reviewed, you'll receive available appointment times. Your selected time is held for 24 hours pending payment and is confirmed once payment is received.
Preparing for Your Session
After your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive the appropriate intake materials. Please complete them by the stated deadline so Pastor Bo has adequate time to prepare for your session.

Is this counseling confidential?
Yes. Every session and every inquiry is completely confidential.
Are sessions available online?
Yes, for individuals, couples, and families regardless of location.

What happens in the first session?
Your first session is devoted to the concerns that bring you to counseling. Together, we will prayerfully consider your situation, seek biblical clarity and spiritual discernment, and identify practical wisdom and direction appropriate to what you are facing. Prayer and other forms of pastoral ministry may also be incorporated where appropriate.
Do I need to be a Christian to come?
No. All are welcome. The counsel is rooted in Scripture, but you do not need to share that background to benefit.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for 24 hours' notice. See Cancellations & Rescheduling above for details.

His signature Couples' Dinner gained popularity among Christian families and complements The Faithfully Project, the counseling, relationships, and connections ministry he founded and leads under CRYOUT Ministry Outreach.
