Cancellation Policy

We believe that your time — and ours — is a gift from God. Our desire is to serve you with excellence, intentionality, and prayerful preparation for every session. Before You Book All sessions are by appointment only and require payment at the time of booking. Sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone unless otherwise agreed. Please ensure you are in a quiet, private space where you can focus and receive ministry without distractions. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours will be honored once as a courtesy. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future session within 30 days. Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. Late Arrivals We understand that life happens, but please arrive on time for your session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session time may be reduced out of respect for other clients. Ministry & Pastoral Disclaimer All coaching, counseling, and prayer sessions are given from a biblical, pastoral perspective. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or psychological services.
