The Anointed Prodigals - Exposé of Modern Church Leaders - 1

Welcome to the article series on the exposé of modern church deception through leaders that are more or less "The Anointed Prodigals."

Using the parable of the prodigal son as a blueprint for behavior, it is easy to see that the modern church leaders are in rebellion against God's will. This is because they are driven by the same inordinate desire for immediate success and self-sufficiency, much like the prodigal son's premature demand for his inheritance.

These categories of so-called men of God dispense ill-gotten wealth in the form of miracles, prosperity, and motivational messages that are not aligned with the truth and teachings of the Bible. These messages are similar to the husks that the prodigal son fed from, which made him full but provided no nutrients. Motivational messages, devoid of the presence and power of Christ, lead believers away from genuine repentance and the true Gospel, and push them toward the pursuit of worldliness and materialism.
